Cottage no. 117 (approx. 46 m2) was completely reconstructed in 1998 and renovated in 2005. Holiday cottage no. 118 (approx. 50 m2) was completely refurbished and renovated in early 2007. The holiday resort is very peaceful and alongside the swimming possibilities of the Baltic Sea it makes the perfect starting point for strolls on the beach or hikes through the forests which run the length of the coast. If surfing’s your cup of tea, you’ll be pleased to know there is a surfing school right next to the resort. The centre of Warnemünde is just 7 mins away by car and the centre of the Hanseatic City of Rostock is also just a short drive away (approx. 25-30 mins). As there is a bus stop in the vicinity of the resort (10 mins on foot), all local areas are also easily accessible with public transport. Parking is also available directly next to the holiday resort. The resort even has a small play area for children. The location and facilities of the cottages mean that even if the weather is a little cold for bathing, they are still the perfect solution for a nice holiday with lots of possibilities.
Facilities: Each holiday cottage is used only by the respective guests. The interiors are tastefully decorated in a modern style. The separate bedroom (with window) has a spacious double bed. The combined living and dining room (with colour television and radio) has a double sofa bed for another 1-2 people. If one of the extra people is a child, this room also offers the possibility of easily accommodating a travel bed. Alongside a modern bathroom (shower/WC) the cottages are equipped with a Swedish kitchen with cooking appliances, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a grill, tableware, a dishwasher (cottage 118 only), etc. On colder nights, night-storage heaters ensure you are always kept warm and cosy. At warmer times you are also more than welcome to make use of the patio directly in front of the house. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided free of charge.

What you need to bring: Linen, toilet roll, towels, tea towels and, of course, your personal belongings! In the bathing season we also recommend bringing flip flops or similar as there are some pebbles on the beaches of the Baltic. Please note: We regret that we do not allow pets. Smoking is also prohibited in the cottages, although this is possible on the patio.
	Arrival and departure: Arrival is possible as of 3 p.m. On the day of departure, please leave the holiday cottage by 10 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made.
